The following pictures are all part of the booklet published by the Windsor Group Hospital Management Committee, as part of an advertising campaign to recruit nurses to Heatherwood.

Hospital Management

The United Services Fund acquired the house and lands and opened the first hospital in 1922, it was primarily for use by children of ex-servicemen.(1922 - 1934)

London County Council it was under the London county council in 1937 two wards were built and a new wing to the nurses home.(1934 - 1948)

The management of Heatherwood from the creation of the national health service were:-

North West Metropolitan Regional Hospital Board 1948-1974.Hospital Management committee the Windsor group.

The Windsor Group Hospital Management were responsible for the hospital from the 1948 - 1974.

This magazine from their tenure.

Oxford Regional Health Authority (1974-1982).

East Berkshire District Health Authority (1982-1992).

Heatherwood and Wexham Park Hospitals NHS Trust (1992-2014).

Frimley Health Foundation Trust(2014-Present).
